I am a holder of an MBL Degree from UNISA, a Program in Business Leadership Qualification from UNISA, a BSc Hons Degree in Sociology from UZ and an IPMZ DIploma in Personnel Management. I was awarded with the prestigious Personnel Paractitioner of the Year Award from the IPMZ in 2007. I have more than 20 years experience in the field of HR strategy development and implementation, Organization Development and People Development. I have experience working within the region including ZImbabwe, Malawi, Botswana, Swaziland and South Africa. I am a highly motivated individual with strong work ethics. I can work well with people of a diverse background. I am passionate about people and the cultures that make them distinctly different.
