Regina Tendayi, the author of an intriguing human resources management book, My Boss, The Bully, Human Resources Malpractices and Key Lessons for Corporate Management, has done it again. In this book, Sexual Harassment at the Workplace, An Understated Reality, she opens up on a subject matter that is usually shrouded in controversy as she bares it all out exposing deeply ingrained issues around sexual harassment at the workplace. She  practically provides details on this subject matter that, in most cases, goes unreported due to fears of ‘stereotypes’ the victim is likely to suffer as a back lash effect after opening up on this type of abuse at the workplace.

Expectation, suspense, shock, anger, relief and happiness are all words one can testify to go through when treading Regina Tendayi’s book “My Boss the Bully”. Not many books can take you through an emotional roller-coaster and in this case the cliché is more than true this book takes you through Human Resources lessons as well life advice.
